Member’s Registration Process

The IPAF Member’s Portal registration process is completed in five steps:

  1. Create a user account
  2. Register and answer the Member’s questionnaire
  3. Pay registration fee
  4. Book into courses with registered IPAF Training Centres
  5. PAL Card issued on verification

Ongoing portal capability for existing Members

  • Login at any time to book training or manage your details
  • Receive ongoing alerts to update expired information, with online support available

Step 1 > Create a user account

Members may register themselves, or a representative from their organisation may register them on their behalf.

Start by entering a user name of your choosing, plus your email address and a password. A confirmation of your details will be sent via email.

Step 2 > Register and answer the Member’s questionnaire

Using your new details, login to the IPAF Member’s Portal >>

You may now follow the process to register, which includes entering address and contact details, and answering questions about the types of training and skills the Member is seeking to gain from IPAF Training Centres.

Your answers in this step will determine the category and cost of the Member’s registration in the portal.

Step 3 > Pay registration fee

The cost the register in the portal depends on the Member’s category. Costs are outlined below:

Step 4 > Book into courses with registered IPAF Training Centres

With the Member’s application complete, they can now choose from available training and courses from our registered IPAF Training Centres. Select the venue and the course to complete and pay for any bookings.

Step 5 > PAL Card issued on verification

A Powered Access Licence (PAL) Card is issued to all registered Members, which will hold all their qualifications and individual expiry dates.

Members may login and return to the Portal at any time to update their details or book additional training.
